DYON was founded in 1998 and is an integrated production and trading enterprise.

The company comprises fifteen domestic and international sales apparel business departments, a design center, a development department, a quality management department, a fabric department, a Nanjing branch, five wholly-owned production enterprises, and overseas production bases in Vietnam and Cambodia.

The group's subsidiary, Ningbo Popmode Garment Manufacturing, completed its intelligent upgrade and transformation in October 2025, becoming a leading digital factory in China.
